Return Policy:

NO QUESTIONS ASKED! You may return the product within 30 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new condition, as received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the factory carton. Shipping, handling is not refundable unless item is returned because of defect. If item is found defective return shipping will be refunded to the buyers paypal account once the item is verified defective. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and logistics for all returned items that are not defective. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt, to request an RMA number. Items received without an RMA number, will be refused and returned to the sender.

We ship with Fedex ground or with the US Postal Service to physical addresses. Some items may be shipped to PO Boxes, Please inquire before bidding if po box is a must.

Shipping to VI, GU, MP, APO/FPO, Canada and other international is available. All items are insured at no extra cost for all international shipments. In the event the item is damaged or lost the buyer will receive an affidavit stating the item was not received or damaged when received. The affidavit will need to be signed and returned to the insurance agency. Once the affidavit it received at the insurance agency a full refund will be processed. 

Shipping time for priority mail international shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks in some cases. Normal shipping time is 6-14 days but packages can be flagged in customs. Any custom fees or taxes or any other fees associated with international shipping is solely the buyers responsibility and should be researched by the buyer in advance of making any purchase.
